Personality Development Programme at IMSUC provides a platform to the students to realize their full potential for personal development and enhancing employability prospects. An amalgam of various techniques is used in innovative pedagogy for students’ development leading to eternal benefits.
To enable the students to self discover, PDP Team prepared Career Potential Key which provides an in-depth description of responses to various assessments. It has been designed to help the students to identify and understand their potential, personality, strengths and areas of development. Having personality information will assist them to know and develop themselves constantly, in order to attain the various short term and long term goals.
The booklets were distributed to the students of the Batch 2016-19, during the Orientation Programme on 1st and 2nd September 2016. Ms. Priyanka Sadhna, Chairperson PDP & Dr. Deepa Goel, Faculty PDP assisted the students and explained the relevance of this valuable initiative. Students appreciated the assessments and extended a note of gratitude to the institute.
